Adding Ground Services Activity for Third Parties by PAS

In order to increase PAS’ revenue by adding new feasible activities to the company’s objective, PAS has submitted a request to the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority to add Ground Services activity for Third Parties within different airports in the Arab Republic of Egypt to the company’s licensed activities.

After fulfilling all the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority requirements, PAS received their preliminary approval on 30/7/2023 on condition of amending the Company Statutes and adding this activity to the company’s objective

The Board of Directors has approved in its meeting dated 30th August 2023 to add the activity to the company’s statutes and called for an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting to endorse the amendment, Adding this new activity is considered a quantum leap for the company and another achievement added to its record of success.
