PAS is the sole helicopter and fixed-wing service provider for all local and international oil and gas companies in Egypt, both off- and onshore. The specific services delivered to the petroleum industry are to transport their personnel from our Cairo base to different oil and gas destinations
using fixed-wing aircraft and from the bases to the offshore platforms, vessels and rigs using helicopters, to support their E&P activities.
We serve these companies from our different bases all around Egypt, which are in Ras Shukeir, Ras Gharib and Zeit Bay in the Red Sea Alexandria and Port Said in the Mediterranean; and Abu Rudeis in South Sinai. The main overhaul shop for helicopters is located in Ras Badran in South Sinai and for fixed-wing in Cairo International Airport.

VIP flights are available through Bombardier DHC-8 (50 seats), a proven and reliable regional category aircraft, in addition to CRJ900 Next Gen (89 seats) airplanes, and Helicopters, supported by a “First-Class” service through a professional cabin crew and special catering. Helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft can be fitted with VIP kits to accommodate requirements of executives and special flights.
PAS was appointed by Leonardo Helicopter as non-exclusive “LEONARDO Helicopters Authorized Service Centre” ranked RECOGNIZED MAINTENANCE CENTRE to provide maintenance and repair services and to sell spare parts and tools to owners and operators of Leonardo Helicopters’ products.
PAS has the capacity to provide tour operators, petroleum industry and other customers with a flexible and reliable service, upon request, to connect with scheduled airline flights through our large and modern aircrafts fleet, by either airplane or helicopter.
PAS added to its activities the mechanical wash of electric power towers by using helicopters. The company ventured into equipping its Bell 206-L3 helicopter with all the necessary equipment and competently fulfilled the trial flights required by the Electricity Holding Company with unrivaled success in attendance of the company’s representatives at the New Capital City.
